Paquette Consulting - Group Facilitation / Training Delivery Services
Provision of professional group facilitation services to work with or train groups of up to one hundred at a time in leadership, strategic or operational planning, change management, personal productivity, communications, performance measurement, client-service delivery, quality improvement, or on writing or evaluating Canadian Federal Government work descriptions under the current classification standards, including the Hay Plan.
The primary facilitator is Philémon Paquette, the developer of the Creative Management process for change management. Mr. Paquette trained for seven years as a group facilitator with Insight Seminars of Santa Monica California, today part of the University of Santa Monica, and has facilitated hundreds of seminars and workshops.
